Responsibilities
- Pack finished products into cartons and boxes.
- Assemble and prepare cartons for production.
- Auxiliary with line startups, shutdowns, and product changeovers.
- Perform scheduled quality inspections throughout the shift.
- Measure products using a tape measure to ensure quality standards.
- Record box counts and production data accurately.
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.
Requirements
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills, including fractions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Manufacturing or plastics extrusion experience is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
