Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive instruction from Production team members (Production Supervisor, Production Lead, Machine Operator) to work as an assigned team member and assist in completion of production orders.
• Ability to comprehend and train to complete various alternate production processes (Set-up routines for pouring and powders, housekeeping, line clearance, packaging instructions, scope of quality expectations).
• Set up and operate various tasks on each production machine (Bottle feeding, capper unit, sealer unit, labeler unit, packaging instructions).
• Able to set-up and accurately follow powder work instructions successfully.
• Accurately follow Production Supervisor and Leads direction, packaging instructions, and SOP’s for order completion.
• Collaborates with Machine Operator when machinery requires maintenance.
• Perform basic quality checks consistently and accurately during each work order produced.
• Work with production team members to complete order clean up and machine clean out.
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
• Communicate with others to exchange information.

• Compliance with all personal protective equipment requirements.
• Competency in following company SOP’s, company policies and procedures.
• Effectively collaborate with all team members.
• Read, write and understand English.
• Self-motivated to accomplish various tasks with or without direction.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
