About the role
The typical working hours are 4:30 pm to 1:30 am, with a 45-minute lunch. This role is located in Valley, AL within the Specialty Packing RTE department.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, grade, and remove chicken pieces that do not meet quality standards after being cooked.
- Verify that packaging is properly sealed.
- Assist with forming boxes for finished products.
- Ensure only approved items move forward in the production process.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills.
- Availability to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
- Prior experience in a food processing, production, or packing environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with Safety and Food Safety protocols.
