Responsibilities

• The Packer is primarily responsible for packing egg cartons into boxes.
• Pack egg cartons into cases.
• Check the production run board for date codes and accuracy.
• Apply and inspect egg carton labels to ensure correct date codes.
• Keep work area clean at all times – clean up egg matter, paper, banding straps, etc. whenever time allows and prior to any breaks.
• Assist co‑workers as needed.
• Maintain daily and end of shift housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, GMPs and Food Safety requirements at all times.

Requirements

• Must be 16 or older.
• Ability to perform fast‑paced, repetitive motions.
• Repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Walk/stand 8+ hours per day.

Pay

Hourly wage: $18.75. Eligible for a $1,500 bonus.

Schedule

Shifts: 1st Shift Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; 2nd Shift Monday–Friday 2:30 PM–11:00 PM; 3rd Shift Monday–Friday 8:30 PM–5:00 AM; Weekend Shift Saturday–Sunday (part‑time). Shifts up to 12 hours per day based on operational needs; start and end times may vary due to truck arrivals, order fulfillment, machine downtime, or production changes; flexibility required to adjust schedule as needed.
