About the role
Wieland is a global leader in copper and copper alloy manufacturing, processing, and distribution, serving industries such as power, automotive, ammunition, coinage, construction materials, refrigeration, electronics, and more. The Packer position is located in Alliance, OH and is fully on‑site, working the 2nd shift.
Responsibilities
- Band or box skids
- Finish packing material for shipment
- Complete paperwork on weights and units
- Pull material from inventory
- Weigh material and pack to customer specifications
- Complete all paperwork
- Compare shipping paperwork with actual material skids and load on truck
- All other assigned duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Minimum one‑year manufacturing experience preferred
