Pay
$16.00/hour with a $0.50/hour shift differential for working second shift.
About the role
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Packer is responsible for processing the highest quality of fresh fish to fulfill customer orders. Additionally, this individual is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
Responsibilities
- Packaging product with speed and accuracy
- Understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Work cooperatively with others
- Long-term standing is required
- Must be able to lift, pull/push, carry up to 50 lbs for short distances
- Walking and long-term standing are required
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of factory-related experience preferred
Work Environment
- Work performed in a cold environment (35–40 degrees)
- Standing for long hours
- Fast-paced environment
- Warm clothing is required
