Package Liaison Handler

About the role

Luxer One Liaison is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-obsessed individual to manage package reception and locker systems at luxury apartment buildings in Downtown Anaheim, CA.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish an on-site presence within assigned properties by providing in-person and written support to residents with package-related questions or account inquiries.
• Log recently-delivered packages into the property's package management system/software.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit (up to 60 lbs).
• Arrange and label packages on shelving for quick and easy access.
• Identify and address aging or stale packages through physical audits and software reviews.
• Email correspondence with on-site residents, property staff, and your manager using Gmail.
• Serve as a primary liaison between the property and Luxer One Support.
• Perform or troubleshoot lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system hardware and software as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role
• Reliable transportation, such as a personal vehicle or access to public transit; ideally, you live in or near the designated service area
• Comfortable and adept using technology, including digital package management software, Google Suite, Apple Hardware/Software
• Strong organizational and independent problem-solving abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages, some of which may be bulky, within legal guidelines and safely maneuver within storage areas
• Can lift up to but not exceed 60 lbs
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
• Willingness to make-up for hours missed or cover shifts as needed
