Liaison Package Handler

What You’ll Do

• Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues
• Log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit
• Organize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packages
• Identify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to sender
• Email Correspondence with on-site residents and property staff
• Serve as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support team
• Deliver certain packages directly to residents' doors
• Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system

Requirements

• Professional and Interpersonal
• Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro)
• Comfortable using technology and writing emails (you will be using a digital package management system and Gmail)
• Good organizational and independent problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Able to move and arrange packages, some of which may be bulky (up to but not exceeding 60 lbs)
• At least 18 years old
