What You’ll Do
- Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues
- Log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
- Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit
- Organize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packages
- Identify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to sender
- Email Correspondence with on-site residents and property staff
- Serve as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support team
- Deliver certain packages directly to residents' doors
- Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system
Requirements
- Professional and Interpersonal
- Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro)
- Comfortable using technology and writing emails (you will be using a digital package management system and Gmail)
- Good organizational and independent problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including heat and cold, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Able to move and arrange packages, some of which may be bulky (up to but not exceeding 60 lbs)
- At least 18 years old
