Package Liaison Handler

About the role

Luxer One is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to manage package reception services for luxury apartment buildings in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support to residents with package inquiries and issues
• Log recently delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
• Deliver packages to resident doors
• Organize packages within the room to facilitate easy access for residents
• Identify and prepare aging/stale packages for return to sender
• Serve as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support team
• Deliver certain packages directly to residents' doors
• Perform light maintenance on the locker/package room management system
• Occasionally participate in outreach or visits to prospective properties for audits or information drops off

Requirements

• Professional and personable demeanor
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Access to reliable transportation (personal car or METRO)
• Comfortable using technology (digital package management system and iPad)
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Capable of lifting packages within legal guidelines and maneuvering within package storage areas
• At least 18 years old
