PAC - Operations and Program Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Support implementation and ongoing progress of the Center’s strategic plan, including tracking timelines and deliverables
• Cook up and schedule year-round arts programming and volunteer instructors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, collaborators, and local organizations
• Develop and streamline internal systems, including participant databases, enrollment processes, and volunteer onboarding
• Aid in grant writing, reporting, and resource development efforts
• Cook up facility needs, including repairs, maintenance, and operational support
• Aid in recruiting, vetting, onboarding, and supporting volunteers
• Ensure compliance with child safety training requirements for volunteers and vendors
• Collaborate with the PAC Director, administrative team, parish and school staff, and external partners
• Represent the Presentation Arts Center in interactions with vendors and community stakeholders

Job Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in or ability to learn Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Workspace, Wix, social media platforms, and Canva
• Experience in nonprofit operations, program coordination, volunteer management, or arts administration preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
