Job Responsibilities
- Support implementation and ongoing progress of the Center’s strategic plan, including tracking timelines and deliverables
- Cook up and schedule year-round arts programming and volunteer instructors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, collaborators, and local organizations
- Develop and streamline internal systems, including participant databases, enrollment processes, and volunteer onboarding
- Aid in grant writing, reporting, and resource development efforts
- Cook up facility needs, including repairs, maintenance, and operational support
- Aid in recruiting, vetting, onboarding, and supporting volunteers
- Ensure compliance with child safety training requirements for volunteers and vendors
- Collaborate with the PAC Director, administrative team, parish and school staff, and external partners
- Represent the Presentation Arts Center in interactions with vendors and community stakeholders
Job Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in or ability to learn Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Workspace, Wix, social media platforms, and Canva
- Experience in nonprofit operations, program coordination, volunteer management, or arts administration preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
