Program Manager, CS Operations

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager CS Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$100,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead design of future-state operating models in Customer Success Redesign implementation and customer education experiences
• Conduct executive alignment workshops and capability discovery sessions
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable service delivery models
• Create comprehensive change management strategies for adoption
• Collaborate with executives to develop transformation roadmaps
• Track operational savings and measure ROI for initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant strategic fields
• 10+ years in Program Management or Business Transformation
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to manage complex organizational changes
• Strong skills in journey architecture and program governance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Effective communicator and adaptable to change
