PA UCC Certified Code Specialist
About the role
Barry Isett & Associates is seeking ICC/PA UCC Certified Code Specialists to inspect and review plans for commercial and residential properties across eastern Pennsylvania. We are also hiring for full-time or part-time positions in the Central Pennsylvania/Harrisburg area.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial and residential properties
- Help beautify the community and uphold safety standards
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
- Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with clients and Isett associates
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills
- Residential certifications, including residential electric inspector, preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to obtain Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances for residential inspections
Qualifications
- Certified by ICC/PA UCC
- Commercial certifications preferred but not required
