PA UCC Certified Code Specialist
About the role
Barry Isett & Associates is looking for ICC/PA UCC Certified Code Specialists to perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial (and residential) properties for clients throughout eastern PA. We are also seeking additional associates to work in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial and residential properties
- Uphold safety standards and beautify the community
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with clients and Isett associates
- Obtain Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances as needed for residential inspections
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client sites
- Multiple ICC/PA UCC Commercial certifications and willingness to continue training
- Ability to work independently or remotely
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Plan review certification/experience a plus
