PA UCC Certified Code Specialist

About the role

Barry Isett & Associates is looking for ICC/PA UCC Certified Code Specialists to perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial (and residential) properties for clients throughout eastern PA, including working within in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial and residential properties
• Uphold safety standards and beautify the community
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with clients and Isett associates
• Organize resources and establish priorities
• Obtain additional certifications if possible
• Work independently and remotely

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites
• Multiple ICC/PA UCC Commercial certifications and willingness to continue training
• Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities

Qualifications

• Residential electric inspector certification (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and remotely
