💻✨ NOW HIRING: CERTIFIED CODING REIMBURSEMENT SPECIALIST II ✨💻🏠 100% REMOTE CANDIDATES CONSIDERED 💰 Pay: $24.50-$31.00/hour 📋 Active CPC Certification RequiredWe’re looking for an experienced Certified Coding Reimbursement Specialist II to join a growing Revenue Cycle Management team!This opportunity is ideal for a CPC-certified coder with strong professional-fee coding experience in a physician practice setting who can confidently review clinical documentation, assign accurate codes, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.📝 WHAT YOU’LL DO🔹 Review physician documentation and charges to assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and modifier coding 🔹 Interpret progress notes, operative reports, discharge summaries, and other clinical documentation 🔹 Ensure coding accurately reflects services provided and meets payer and regulatory requirements 🔹 Apply payer-specific coding rules, including bundling requirements and appropriate modifiers 🔹 Review patient and clinical activity reports to ensure all billable services are captured 🔹 Query physicians when documentation requires clarification 🔹 Review documentation for compliance with third-party payer and regulatory guidelines 🔹 Partner with reimbursement and revenue cycle teams to resolve coding and billing questions 🔹 Meet established productivity and turnaround expectations while maintaining coding accuracy✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR📌 Active CPC certification required 📌 3+ years of CPT and ICD-10 coding experience for physician services 📌 Professional-fee coding experience within a physician office/practice setting REQUIRED 📌 Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, coding guidelines, and modifiers 📌 Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology 📌 Knowledge of payer-specific requirements, bundling rules, NCDs and LCDs 📌 Familiarity with third-party billing and reimbursement requirements 📌 Ability to accurately interpret clinical documentation 📌 Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently⭐ PREFERRED SPECIALTY EXPERIENCEExperience coding in one or more of the following specialties is a plus:🩺 Family Medicine ❤️ Cardiology 🩺 Internal Medicine 🦴 Rheumatology 🧬 Endocrinology 🌸 Gynecology ✨ Dermatology💰 COMPENSATION$24.50-$31.00/hour🏠 100% remote candidates considered!📩 Interested or know someone who may be a great fit?
