PA UCC Certified Code Specialist

About the role

Barry Isett & Associates is seeking ICC/PA UCC Certified Code Specialists to inspect and review plans for commercial and residential properties across eastern Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial and residential properties
• Uphold safety standards and beautify the community
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with clients and Isett associates
• Obtain Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances as needed for residential inspections

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
• Multiple ICC/PA UCC Commercial certifications, including residential electric inspector
• Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Qualifications

• Certified Code Specialist
• Commercial certifications preferred but all residential certifications will be considered
• Willingness to continue training and obtain additional certifications
