PA UCC Certified Code Specialist

About the role

Barry Isett & Associates is looking for ICC/PA UCC Certified Code Specialists to perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial (and residential) properties for clients throughout eastern PA, including working within in Central/Upper Montco, Berks, Upper Bucks Counties, PA.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and plan reviews for commercial and residential properties
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Work within assigned geographic areas, including Central/Upper Montco, Berks, Upper Bucks Counties, PA
• Contribute to the beautification and safety of the community

Requirements

• ICC/PA UCC Certification
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
• Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with clients and other Isett associates
• Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities
• Plan review certification/experience a plus
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications
• Ability to work independently/remotely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel to client sites

• Proficiency in computer software relevant to the position
