P/T Bilingual Banking Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities

• Actively engage members and establish a high-quality service environment by having a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Educate and cross-sell members on the credit union's product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs.
• Promptly process member transaction requests on all applicable credit union products and services.
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues from across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to members.
• Uphold a standard of professionalism, actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, banking regulations, banking policies and procedures, and current promotions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
