Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective travel agents and travelers via phone, email, text, and online submissions.
- Provide accurate information about travel services, agency opportunities, available resources, promotions, and programs.
- Listen actively to customer needs and guide individuals through enrollment, booking, or next-step processes.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering friendly, professional, and personalized support.
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activity updates within the CRM system.
- Resolve customer questions or concerns efficiently while escalating more complex issues when appropriate.
Pay
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
