Bilingual customer service rep

About the role

At Allstate - Longstein Agencies in Oak Park, Illinois, we’re looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people and creating an exceptional customer experience for both our English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in both English and Spanish
• Help clients with billing, policy changes, claims questions, and account support
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized service
• Work closely with the sales and service team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Help customers protect what matters most with care and professionalism.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Minimum 3 years of experience with either Allstate or State Farm REQUIRED
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
