Customer Service SpecialistLocation: Orlando, FL AreaPay: $22.00 - $24.00/hrWe are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support order management, customer communications, and issue resolution in a fast-paced business-to-business environment. This role serves as a key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and customer concerns are resolved efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders from entry through shipment.Monitor open orders, pricing holds, and delivery timelines.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.Research and resolve pricing discrepancies, deductions, and order exceptions.Communicate proactively regarding delays, shortages, and product availability.Support internal sales and commercial teams with order updates and customer information.Track service metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience.Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain environments.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.Experience with ERP systems, EDI orders, customer portals, or deduction management is a plus.Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and helping drive exceptional service performance.
