About the Opportunity:The P&C BUSINESS PARTNER role supports global regions by partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic and operational human resources guidance. This position is crucial for building engaged teams, managing organizational change, and delivering a consistent employee experience while respecting local cultural and legal contexts. The role contributes significantly to the effectiveness and growth of the organization’s international workforce. Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.Translate global People & Culture strategies into locally relevant solutions.Support organizational change, growth initiatives, and transformation efforts.Improve people practices across global regions.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment planning.Lead or support succession planning and talent reviews.Coach managers on performance management and leadership development.Promote consistent and fair people management practices.Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace issues.Support employee engagement and cultural initiatives.Implement global People & Culture policies regionally.Ensure compliance with local labor laws.Advise on compensation, benefits, and rewards aligned with frameworks and local norms.Use people data to identify trends and recommend actions.Partner with Learning & Development to address skills gaps. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or equivalent.Experience with international teams in matrixed or global organizations.Strong knowledge of European labor law, ideally across multiple countries.Ability to independently manage complex people matters and partner with senior leaders.Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.Strong relationship-building, influencing, and consulting skills.Practical communication and coaching ability.Ability to balance strategic and operational tasks.High cultural awareness and sensitivity.Analytical skills to convert data into insights.Commitment to inclusion, fairness, and employee well-being. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The salary for this position is €55,200 annually, fixed and aligned with the role level.Eligibility for an annual bonus based on company performance.Annual salary review based on individual performance.Vacation days plus 3 additional personal days (subject to approval).Health checkup reimbursement with an annual cap.Milestone bonus and travel certificate every fifth anniversary.Associate discounts on tour packages.Referral bonus.Baby gift.
