Owner Furnished Equipment Manager - Supply Chain

About the role

As the OFE Business Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of OFE strategy to align with FTI’s business and project requirements, ensuring service, profitability, and risk mitigation. You will serve as the primary contact for establishing and maintaining processes that support OFE in various forms—panels, switchgear, busway, transformers, or other integrated products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager, Operations, Production Planning, and Procurement to confirm OFE delivery requirements meet production schedules.
• Support order management within the ERP system, including master data requirements, order updates, and proper receipt and usage by material specification.
• Resolve issues promptly, escalating those outside the project team’s scope as needed.
• Lead with a collaborative interpersonal style, influencing both direct reports and cross-functional partners.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, executing corrective action plans.
• Lead internal and external quality meetings.
• Escalate issues to Operational leaders or the Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager, collaborating on solutions.
• Plan, complete, and implement assignments efficiently, communicating vision, objectives, and priorities clearly.
• Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring expectations are understood.
• Measure and monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and resources.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional leaders, customers, and stakeholders through open dialogue and trust.
• Prepare and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Ensure team members’ professional development plans are in place and progressing.
• Work with Talent on team member recognition and corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A / B.S / B.B.A) in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• 30% travel required.

Schedule

This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
