About the role
We are seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional for a full-time, benefits-eligible role in a substance use disorder treatment facility.
Responsibilities
- Supporting, monitoring, and providing positive role modeling to residents within established policies
- Recording observations and maintaining client records
- Assisting with medication monitoring, hygiene, meal prep, and life skills activities
- Transporting residents, collecting specimens, and responding to emergencies
- Providing educational group activities and basic first aid
- Maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with external partners
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED; related experience or coursework in social work, psychology, or human services preferred
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and satisfactory driving record
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy for documentation and communication
- Ability to work independently, problem solve, and demonstrate patience and flexibility
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work in a community-based environment, including outdoor conditions
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, and walking
- Ability to travel as needed for the role

Preferred
Completion of required training such as DHS 83 is preferred but may be obtained after hire.
