About the role
Full-time, benefits-eligible position supporting residents in a Substance Use Disorder treatment facility.
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and provide positive role modeling to residents
- Record observations and maintain records
- Perform housekeeping, laundry, and life skills assistance
- Administer medication and conduct urine/breathalyzer tests
- Respond to emergencies and support treatment plans
- Provide educational activities
- Transport residents and assist with meal prep and grocery shopping
- Provide basic first aid and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in social services preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of confidentiality and basic computer skills
- Effective communication skills
- DHS 83 training preferred (may be obtained post-hire)
