About the role

Join a comprehensive Substance Use Disorder treatment facility as an Adult Residential Support Professional.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and provide positive role modeling for residents within established policies
• Record behavioral observations and maintain records
• Assist with medication monitoring, general housekeeping, and life skills activities
• Provide crisis intervention, respond to emergencies, and support residents' treatment plans
• Transport residents, collect specimens, and facilitate educational activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; related experience or college credits preferred
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with computer literacy for documentation and communication
• Problem-solving, patience, self-control, and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to perform duties in a community-based environment, including outdoor activities

Additional Requirements

• Adherence to agency policies and respectful engagement with diverse populations
• Completion of required safety and medication administration training (post-hire)
