Requirements
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan for each shift
- Maintain performance during the shift
- Take actions to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
- Meet targets during their shift
- Help assigned Departments meet their goals
- Ensure food safety
- Manage inventory
- Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Manage crew
- Ensure quality food production
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure safety and security
- Schedule staff
- Train new employees
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, is preferred.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant.
