Overnight- Shift Manager

Requirements

A Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning for each shift
• Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meeting targets during their shift
• Helping their assigned Departments meet their goals

Responsibilities

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, such as:

• Monitoring performance during the shift
• Ensuring the team is meeting McDonald’s standards
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift
• Ensuring safety, security, and profitability
• Managing inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
• Managing crew and training
• Ensuring exceptional customer service
• Scheduling and managing staff

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and the passion to work in a fast-paced environment are sought.
