Overnight Front Desk Associate

About the role

As an Overnight Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness, you will provide a superior level of customer service to members, guests, and fellow PF team members. Your responsibilities include greeting members and guests, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club
• Assist with any questions or concerns as they check in
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members and offering support
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager if necessary
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries
• Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups, cancellations, and transfers
• Execute prospective member calls and tours, assessing their membership needs
• Ensure restrooms are clean and sanitized, stocked, and clutter-free
• Perform a comprehensive walk of all club areas to address safety/policy issues and cleanliness concerns
• Address maintenance and facility concerns promptly, including fixing broken or missing equipment

Requirements

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Qualifications

• Physical demands include continual standing, moving, lifting up to 75 pounds, and frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities
• Will encounter toxic chemicals during shift
