Overnight Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Cook up emergency responses with law enforcement and first responders
• Be the go-to communicator for after-hours calls and crises
• Maintain strict confidentiality in sensitive situations
• Support store teams with virtual troubleshooting
• Identify and communicate or resolve potential security and safety issues at corporate or retail locations

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience (dispatch or call center is preferred)
• A high school diploma required
• Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills
• Able to work fully on-site in Salisbury, NC

Pay

$18.00 per hour
