About the role

As an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator, you will wake up excited to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals every day. You take pride in keeping appointments, performing prompt follow-up, and building strong rapport with potential residential customers. Your day involves surveying, estimating, and counseling clients on pest control options, including performing home evaluations that may require crawling into tight spaces like attics. Using your sales skills, you offer solutions, recommend services, and explain benefits honestly and clearly. This role thrives on meeting new people, working at new locations, and enjoying variety in your daily work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home evaluations, including accessing tight spaces such as attics and assessing damage.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Use sales skills to recommend appropriate services and explain benefits clearly and accurately.
• Build rapport and network with potential residential customers.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude to ensure success in inspections and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services.
• Basic math skills.
