Outside Sales Representative / Pest Control

About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator, you will meet new clients daily, perform home evaluations (including accessing tight spaces like attics), and counsel clients on pest control solutions. You’ll use your sales skills to recommend services, explain benefits, and close deals—all while enjoying a dynamic work environment with no two days alike.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home evaluations, including inspections of attics and crawl spaces
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options
• Build rapport with potential residential customers through networking
• Maintain scheduled appointments and perform prompt follow-ups
• Use trained sales processes to recommend services and close deals
• Work in various weather conditions and locations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory licensing/certification exams
• Willingness to work at least 40 hours per week
• Physical ability to maneuver in crawl spaces and work on your feet
• Customer service experience
• Proven sales ability and basic math skills
