About the role
As an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator, you will wake up excited to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals every day. You take pride in keeping appointments as scheduled and performing prompt follow-up. Building strong rapport comes naturally as you enjoy networking with potential residential customers. You will survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options, perform home evaluations (including crawling into tight spaces such as attics), and use your sales skills to offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Meet new clients and work on prospective business deals daily
- Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up
- Build strong rapport and network with potential residential customers
- Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options
- Perform home evaluations, including crawling into tight spaces such as attics
- Assess damage and use sales skills to offer solutions and recommend services
- Explain benefits of services honestly, clearly, and accurately
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services
- Basic math skills
