Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base
  • Work with other branch associates to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services
  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Perform duties including product quotation and problem resolution
  • Analyze competition in the territory and devise sales strategies
  • Communicate sales strategies to management
  • Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge
  • Document all sales activity in Salesforce for ongoing evaluation

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years industry-related sales experience
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Builds relationships and enjoys a team environment
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving, leadership, and listening skills
  • General digital literacy
  • Self-motivator, able to multi-task, and learn quickly

Pay

This is a base plus commission eligible role, with no cap on your commission.

The position is field-based and requires being based in the Stockton area.
