Job Duties The primary function of this Sales Manager position is Producing with your Outside Sales Team by converting new homeowners into customers ADT customers, while selling the ADT product suite and alarm services Help mentor, develop, motivate, and coach Sales Reps. Assist in developing team for success by regularly communicating results and job expectations.
