- Possess a proven track record of success in B2B sales
- Communicate, present, and consult effectively with business decision-makers
- Schedule and lead in-person consultations
- Deliver customized marketing solutions addressing client needs
- Drive results through effective sales strategies
- Partner with radio sellers to expand digital revenue
- Coach and support Account Executives on digital strategy and co-selling best practices
- Set, track, and exceed individual and market sales goals
