Primary Purpose
To complete the physical onsite inventory process including: driving to and from the loss location, physical inventory of contents, and uploading data from field work to server.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assists in completing the physical onsite inventory of total loss contents items under the direction of Outside Contents Evaluator Associate.
- Tracks time and logs file notes for all of that day's field activity.
- Oversees all necessary maintenance of crew vehicles, including: gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and any other necessary repairs.
- Maintains daily care and maintenance of all equipment.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
Additional Functions and Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
- Travels as required.
Qualifications
Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Good comprehensive decision making skills
- Ability to read and comprehend policy language
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Physical:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.

- Ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, and/or reach overhead.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to drive up to 8 hours per day and/or ride for an extended period.
- Must have continual use of manual dexterity.
