Outside B2B Sales Representative – Commercial Dumpster Services

Location: Blount, Knox, Loudon, and surrounding counties

About the role

Join the Two Lakes Dumpsters Team! Two Lakes Dumpsters is a locally owned and growing roll-off dumpster company serving East Tennessee. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Representative to expand our commercial customer base by building relationships with contractors, builders, roofers, property managers, manufacturers, and other businesses that regularly require dumpster services. If you enjoy meeting new people, building long-term relationships, and representing a company that values exceptional customer service, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial accounts through in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, roofers, property managers, and other commercial customers.
• Promote Two Lakes Dumpsters’ services and rental options.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Track sales activity and maintain customer records.
• Work closely with the office team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Represent the company professionally throughout our service area.

Requirements

• Previous outside sales experience preferred.
• Construction, roofing, waste management, or related industry experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

Travel Requirements

Frequent local travel is required throughout our service area. Business mileage is reimbursed.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
