Job Requirements

Year 1 Earnings Potential

• On-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000
• Able to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses

Year 2 Earnings Potential

• On-target earnings between $100,000-$115,000

Base Salary

$53,000

Fixed Compensation

• Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,000/year
• Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
• Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
• Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year

Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $60K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.
