Outreach Coordinator

About the role

The Outreach Coordinator (OC) is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers for the Community Peer Recovery Center.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach by establishing partnerships, attending events, and developing strategies to increase awareness of services.
• Coordinate with community partners to strengthen collaboration.
• Document outreach activities and oversee volunteer scheduling and deployment.
• Monitor and evaluate outreach effectiveness, maintain accurate records, and represent the CPRC at community forums to promote services.
• Work closely with the team to align outreach efforts with program goals and provide regular reports on activities and volunteer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in outreach, volunteer management, and community organizing.
• Strong communication, networking, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of local resources and the ability to engage diverse groups.
• Bilingual ability.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability for weekend and evening work.

Schedule

Full-time schedule.

The role reports to the Senior Peer Services Coordinator.
