About the role

This full‑time Outreach Coordinator position covers the Virginia territory and is performed on‑site in the field. The role focuses on driving community growth and establishing new provider networks.

Responsibilities

• Field Travel: Travel three days a week to various doctors' offices within the region.
• Marketing Delivery: Distribute promotional merchandise to medical offices to build brand awareness.
• Provider Education: Conduct face‑to‑face presentations about available corporate systems and services.
• Lead Generation: Perform routine cold calling and high‑volume mailing campaigns to schedule meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 + year direct healthcare marketing experience.
• Proven ability to travel frequently; a valid driver’s license and reliable car are required.
• Highly personable in face‑to‑face environments.
• Exceptionally warm and effective on outbound phone calls.
• Self‑motivated “hustler” mindset.

Pay

Base salary range: $40,000 – $60,000 per year, plus performance‑based bonuses.
