Position Highlights
- Work with other physicians in teams but manage your own panel of patients Monday–Friday
- Adult patient panel of all ages including geriatrics and some older adolescents; can be customized for interest areas
- Convenience of new Lifestyle Centers for seniors, modern buildings, electronic medical record environment
- Full-time management staff, digital radiology, and onsite laboratory services at 14 clinic locations throughout Las Vegas
- Employed practice position with Southwest Medical; emphasis on compassionate, appropriate, and effective patient care
- Systems-based practice with awareness of larger health-care context and ability to leverage system resources

Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive base salary ($245,000–$366,000 annually based on full-time employment)
- $100,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates
- Bonus plan and comprehensive fringe benefits package including medical, dental, and life insurance; STD/LTD; professional liability; matching 401(k); relocation costs
- 23 days PTO, one week paid CME with $4,500 allowance, nine paid holidays
- Differential for supervision of extenders
Qualifications
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency trained, board certified or board eligible
- Ability to obtain Nevada license, DEA, and pharmacy license
- Strong medical knowledge of established and evolving biomedical, clinical, epidemiological, and social-behavioral sciences
- Interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective information exchange and collaboration with patients, families, and health professionals
- Sufficient computer skills to utilize Electronic Medical Records effectively
- Commitment to practice-based learning and improvement through self-evaluation, evidence appraisal, and patient-care enhancements
