What You’ll Do
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential enterprise healthcare customers through targeted outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events).
- Pipeline Generation: Create qualified opportunities by understanding prospects’ pain points and aligning them with our solutions.
- Market Research: Research target accounts, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to craft personalized messaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to strategize territory plans, prioritize accounts, and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics to optimize performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1-3 years in outbound sales, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare systems, revenue cycle management, or provider workflows is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to executives.
- Mindset: Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to exceed targets.
- Tools: Experience using CRM (Hubspot preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Apollo or similar).
