What You'll Do

As an Outbound Representative you'll serve as a key connection between our company and our customers. You'll build relationships, provide valuable information, and help homeowners stay comfortable year-round.

Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with current and past customers regarding maintenance memberships, service opportunities, and special promotions
• Schedule appointments and ensure customers receive outstanding service
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes
• Follow up with customers to strengthen relationships and increase customer retention

What You’ll Need

• Monday–Friday availability (some Saturdays)
• 2+ years in customer service, call center, or related work
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, working quickly through different programs, and dexterity of doing it all while working with our customers)
• Valid driver’s license + clean record, reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
