Outbound Call Representative

This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

About the role

Fly My Group is hiring an Outbound Call Representative to work across group airfare, airline reservations, ticketing, schedule changes, group traveler support, account service, and travel operations. This role is centered on making outbound calls, documenting results, and following up with prospects or customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned inbound or outbound calls connected to group airfare, airline reservations, ticketing, schedule changes, group traveler support, account service, and travel operations; confirm the purpose of each interaction and document the outcome accurately.
• Explain the purpose of the call clearly, confirm relevant details, and answer routine questions accurately.
• Record call outcomes, disposition codes, notes, follow-up dates, and contact updates in the approved system.
• Schedule callbacks, route qualified inquiries, or escalate requests to the correct team when needed.
• Follow call-quality, consent, privacy, and do-not-contact procedures on every interaction.
• Meet assigned call-volume, contact-rate, documentation, and follow-up expectations.

Requirements

• Clear verbal communication, active listening, and a professional phone manner.
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and documenting outcomes accurately.
• Ability to follow scripts while responding naturally to routine customer or prospect questions.
• Comfort using CRM, dialer, scheduling, and contact-management systems.
• Reliable internet access, a quiet workspace, and consistent follow-through.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$45,500 - $52,500 per year
