About the role

The Outbound Contacts Representative 1 and 2 represent the company by making outbound contacts and performing administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. They work on routine and patterned assignments, ensuring timely responses to member and provider inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding various issues.
  • Perform basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks.
  • Follow up with members and/or providers as necessary.
  • Ensure responses to member and/or provider inquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards.
  • Interpret area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.
  • Work independently, remotely, and with minimal supervision.
  • Identify work expectations and quality standards, but have some latitude over prioritization/timing.
  • Work within defined parameters and follow standard policies/practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience working in a call center environment such as heavy call volume, auto-dialer, dedicated inbound/outbound customer service or support role.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Must reside in state of FLORIDA.
  • Bilingual - English, Spanish. Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.
  • Able to work independently, remotely, and with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, utilizing multiple shared systems, platforms, and ability to troubleshoot/resolve general technical issues.
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills with the capacity to use multiple computer applications simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting.

Additional Requirements

  • Anticipated Start Date: August 2026.
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:00 and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Pay Range

$39,000 - $49,400 per year.
