Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Team Leader in Occupational Therapy, responsible for overseeing daily therapy operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to support recovery by understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in ensuring seamless treatment implementation and patient progress. Utilize your clinical expertise and leadership skills to guide and mentor staff, promoting quality care and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily therapy operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments
• Provide direct patient care and build meaningful relationships to support recovery
• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in ensuring seamless treatment implementation and patient progress
• Guide and mentor staff using clinical expertise and leadership skills
• Lead small victories and ensure adherence to procedures and treatments
• Support professional growth through ongoing education
• Collaborate within a supportive, technology-driven environment

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy experience
• At least two years of occupational therapy experience in leadership
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
