Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and support a team in delivering compassionate, personalized occupational therapy care to patients during their rehabilitation journey. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering relationships to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs and celebrating their recovery achievements. Key Responsibilities Assist in operational tasks such as scheduling, orientation, and staff communication.Deliver direct patient care tailored to individual needs.Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments.Support team development and patient progress tracking. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification.CPR certification (required within 30 days if not already certified).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including at least two years of clinical practice.Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred.
