About the Role
Lead and support the occupational therapy team by assisting with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized and compassionate rehabilitation efforts to help patients achieve their recovery goals. Celebrate patient progress and coordinate care to ensure seamless treatment delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support therapy operations and team coordination
- Deliver personalized patient care and build meaningful relationships
- Assist in implementing procedures and treatments effectively
- Contribute to a collaborative, technology-driven environment
Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification
- CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program
- At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
- Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred
