OT Therapy Team Leader

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or hold specialty certifications (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily therapy operations and team coordination
• Deliver compassionate, individualized patient care
• Build strong patient relationships and monitor progress
